Resilience of Filipinos

           It is indeed that Filipinos are resilient. There are natural calamities we cannot stop, but being prepared we can reduce the impact of  the calamity. That is why Filipinos are resilience, they always prepare ahead of time.

 

        Philippines is like the shield of countries, because once the typhoon entered the country it will be weaken once the typhoon is outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Even when Filipinos are experiencing calamities they still find ways to be positive and have hope. They still find solutions to the problems they are facing. They face problems like storms, poverty, and other challenges, but they often stay positive and hopeful. Even in hard times, they still find reasons to smile and laugh.

        Filipinos are resilient and it is very admirable of them. People should be like the Filipinos, strong, and resilient. Their strong faith and belief in themselves help them to get through difficulties. Their ability to stay strong shows their deep courage and hope for a better future.

First Quarter: Internet and Blogs

          In the first few months of school, I learned a lot about the internet and how it's a big part of our lives. I found out that blogs are like online diaries where people can share their ideas and stories. I also learned about people like Tim Berners-Lee who helped make the internet what it is today.                I’ve been thinking for a while on how do I describe myself. First of all I do not know the right words or terms to describe myself, but there are some words I have in mind to describe myself. I describe myself as a strong, ambitious, and a positive person.
